Rude.   Sure looks like they are trying to live up to their name…

Rude playing at Burnt Ramen last December. One of my favorite clips to listen to nowadays, they have that dark droning sound i can never seem to get enough of.  They did seem to be a relatively new band on the scene since the singer couldn’t even tell if the set was over.  Hrmmm, guitar for dinner — hi fiber, low calorie?

Now, Rude is another one of those bands whose proof of existence never quite materializes: No profile. They never perform again.  Nobody else has heard of them.  They never even come up in conversation… except when I’m ordering a burger or slice of pizza and the guy behind the counter handing me my food just totally out-of-the-blue tells me he was in the band?!?  I guess they exist, I have video proof:
