I haven’t heard too much about Phil Anselmo this past year. I assume that Down is still together, but otherwise the only news I can find about Anselmo are about new bands he’s joining, or in this case, bands he’s hyping-up. According to this article, he really likes this Texas metal band Warbeast. That’s cool, they sound pretty decent from that one track they have on myspace. But you know, typical Phil, he’s always gotta get in a jab or two and talk trash:
