About Bay Area Metal Scene

Bay Area Metal Scene was started in 2008 by the guy on the right (Dan) as a place for folks to put down their thoughts on the metal world and give the San Francisco Bay Area a little taste of what it has to offer in terms of heavy music.

We strive to bring entertaining and fair reviews as well as some exposure to “local” bands that we feel deserve a little recognition.
